Peter M. Schoenholtz, LCSW, is President and Director of the School. He is administrator of the school and supervises the clinical program, working directly with students and families, and collaborating with other mental health professionals. Since his Masters degree from Columbia University, he has been a licensed clinical social worker in New York and Connecticut for over twenty-five years, specializing in children and adolescents, and their families. He has also been the consulting director of social work services, as well as a corporate director, at Rye Hospital Center, a psychiatric hospital in Rye, New York. He founded the Westfield Day School, in 2000.

Pamela Heldman, MS/Ed. has over thirty years experience as a teacher and leader in alternative education, program development, and staff development, through which she served as Assistant to the Superintendent of School for the Yonkers Public Schools. She was instrumental to bringing the International Baccalaureate Program to the district, has trained teachers in technology for Iona College and is a proud recipient of the esteemed Jenkins Award. Mrs. Heldman brings a high level of commitment, energy, experience and vision to the school and is part of the administrative team that has ushered in a new era at Westfield since taking over the entire academic program in 2007.
